End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Kaizenberg Labs (OPC) Private Limited] ("Company", "we", "our", "us") for the use of our software products ("Software"). By using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Software.
